Good for you... and yummy too.

I have been trying to improve my health over the course of the last few months and have found some real gems in the food department. Changing your lifestyle should be enjoyable ... not painstaking. So, I will be featuring some of my favorite food finds over the next few days.
The first has to be Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges.These delicious little wedges contain only 35 calories and 2 grams of fat each!
They are yummy spread on some whole grain crackers or veggies... or just all by themselves.
Perfect snacking material.
You can get a package of 4 wheels at Costco for $8! They normally run around 4 or 5 dollars a piece at a regular grocery store. This way they only cost $2 a wheel. Pretty sweet if you ask me!
